Sarangi (Musical Instrument)

In the Hills and Plains of Nepal, Sarangi (a cultural icon) was used to tell stories, events, social issues by Gandharva Community. Gandharva community were the travelling musician, who used to tell stories, raise awareness and share news on cultural narratives. 

From Traditional folk songs to contemporary fusion, it has greatly added many storytelling folk songs and dances in the musical genre of Nepal.
