Tungna

Crafted by single wood, Tungna is used for its melodious tone to recite folk tales, in ceremonies and festivals. Originated in the Himalayas of Nepal by Tamang community, it is played in traditional rituals, folk songs and dances. It has also influenced the diverse musical landscape of Nepal.
